Danny is originally from Donegal in Ireland, having landed in Australia in 2010. After graduating with a qualification in Neuromuscular and Physical Therapy including Orthopedic Sports Massage in 2008 from the NTC in Dublin, Danny worked closely with sporting teams back in Ireland for several years before deciding to move to Australia. Since arriving in Australia he has developed his soft tissue skills working with some elite athletes in rugby, boxing, water polo, triathlon, swimming and has worked with the Brisbane Bronco’s. He is also a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.
He has a keen interest in shoulder and low back injuries as well as sporting and workplace posture related ailments.
Techniques used include: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, positional release, myofascial release and MET stretching of soft tissue structures.
Away from the clinic, Danny spends his spare time attempting crossfit, playing Gaelic football and occasionally surviving a half marathon or triathlon.
