Caitlin recently graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine), and has been working in the health and wellness industry for the past 6 years. Her educational background is also in Human Movements, and she has a passion for exercise and fitness. Her nutritional perspective is holistic, and she truly believes that food is medicine. Through eating a nourishing and well balanced diet, vitality and optimum health can be achieved.
She is extremely passionate about all things health and fitness, particularly on a holistic level. Caitlin has a high knowledge of biochemical processes within the body, and believes in both evidence-based and scientific research to ensure the best functioning of all systems within the body. The use of functional testing and pathology is extremely important to her, and she strives to keep up-to-date with the latest research in a fast growing and thriving industry. She has a strong focus on assisting the body to heal itself naturally through nutrition, lifestyle changes and emotional and spiritual happiness.
Caitlin provides nutritional advice that is personally tailored for each client, which is essential to success and overall wellbeing. In her spare time, she helps to organise and run health and yoga retreats and workshops down in Byron Bay, and she also loves to create healthy and delicious recipes.
